Date Swaps

Course bookings can be swapped to a different date, depending on availability, up to 24 hours before the course start time at the latest. This will incur no additional charge.

A £37.80 penalty will apply for a request to alter the date of the CSCS Card Package less than 24 hours before the course commences, as this is the price I would have to pay Highfield Qualifications to reschedule an e-invigilator at short notice.

Cancellations

Your place on any course can be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the course start time at no additional charge and you will be issued a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the course start time cannot be refunded as, by that point, I will have paid the awarding bodies and accommodated your booking into my schedule for that day.

Technical Issues & Exam Performance

Clear online exam instructions are sent to every learner, which include how to set up their laptop or desktop computer for e-invigilation. These instructions must be carried out before the e-assessment commences.

I cannot be held liable for any technical issues arising before or during an online exam.

Online courses cannot be sat on a mobile phone or a tablet. They must be sat on a desktop or a laptop computer with a functioning webcam and microphone.

If a candidate fails to sit their e-assessment at the agreed time, a new date can be arranged for £80.

Resits for the e-assessment attached to CSCS Card Package cost £37.80 each. This is the price I pay to book the resit for you.

Resits for the CITB touch-screen exam cost £22.50. As above, this is the price of the exam and I don't charge a penny on top of this like some providers do.

You are allowed up to three free attempts of each end-of-module assessment of EUSR SHEA Core.
